Our clients often find that around 4 to 6 hours of coach time is required to ensure each of the phases are well planned and executed.
We also recommend the optional addition of strengths coaching to further develop key insights and messaging for your Job Search Strategy programme and role acquisition.
On completion of registration, you will receive access to your personalised career portal with relevant tools loaded, an introduction to your career coach, and coaching preparation ready for you to get started straight away.
Each meeting requires coach preparation time. This is included in the budgeted hours purchased. To maximise your time, we recommend you plan this with your coach. Scheduling your coaching session with your career coach is easy. Within 30 minutes of registration and payment you’ll receive confirmation by email with your coach copied in. Your coach will contact you within one business day to schedule a time to suit your availability.
