Refund policy
Coaching Period
Your coaching programme is available for 12 months from the date of registration.
No refunds will be provided for unused coaching after 12 months from date of purchase.
To request a refund, you can contact us at info@mycareerbrand.net or by contacting your coach.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for refunds for services provided by third parties.
Changes to your coaching programme
You may choose to exchange coaching hours or services not used as long as they fall within the 12 month coaching period. This excludes services and products already paid for and/or provided by a third party.
If your employer has paid for your coaching, depending on their agreement wit you and/or MyCareerBrand, you may be required to seek their permission to change specific aspects of your coaching.
Refunds
MyCareerBrand provides a 12 month refund policy, which means you have 12 months after paying for coaching to request a refund.
Refunds incur an administration fee equivalent to 1 hour calculated by applying the ad-hoc hourly coaching rate shown on the Site at time of request for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on the 20th day of the following month of refund request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
