Privacy Policy and Health and Safety
MyCareerBrand adheres to the current New Zealand Privacy Act.

Your privacy is paramount to us and we have put the following in place to protect your personal information. By using our website, and/or providing us with your information you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Any personal data that you provide us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address employment details, reason for engagement will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of MyCareerBrand. However, from time to time we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as online assessment services and contractors, processing payments. They will have access to your information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for any other purpose.

We may use this information to process your engagement of MyCareerBrand services, to administer your account/coaching solutions and throughout your coaching, to help us deliver a solution to meet your requirements, develop and improve our coaching services.

Employer / Sponsor Provided Coaching Services
Where your employer or Sponsor pays for your coaching they may require that MyCareerBrand reports back to them your progress throughout your coaching programme. This information will be limited to;

  • Stage of coaching such as CV, LinkedIn, Interview Skills
  • Status of coaching such as Commenced, On Hold, Completed.

    Personal (non employer related) information such a relationships, personal circumstances, shared with MyCareerBrand will not be shared with your employer unless you grant MyCareerBrand permission to do so. MyCareerBrand will adhere to your employer privacy policies.

Health and Safety
MyCareerBrand complies with Health and Safety laws of New Zealand. Where your coaching is provided by your employer we undertake to adhere to their health and safety policies and procedures in so far as they comply with New Zealand law.

Personal Risk:

In the case of employer provided coaching; If MyCareerBrand become aware that you - as a client, may be at risk we reserve the right to inform your employer in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws and requirements of your employer.

MyCareerBrand reserves the right to discontinue services should we become aware continuation will put you at risk.


Cookie Policy
When you visit the MyCareerBrand website we may collect details about items viewed, or purchased, and coaching you show interest in, which of our web pages you visit and which website you came from to ours. We collect this information through the use of cookies in your web browser. If you do not wish us to do so you can turn cookies off in your browser and/or delete them from your hard drive.
