Great for those who would prefer to work with colleagues or friends - 'Buddy Up' enables you to join together in groups and split out for tailored one-on-one sessions with your coach.

You'll have the benefit of working with a buddy to share experiences and support each other throughout your programme, with the added benefit of saving on programme costs.

Over a period of 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions we'll work with you to shape your Job Search Strategy - equipping you with tailored marketing assets such as your CV, LinkedIn profile and job interview techniques to capture the attention of recruiters and ensure you're comfortable with challenging assessment and appointment methodologies.

Taking a much more strategic approach to job search, this integrated program is designed for those who wish to be well positioned to secure their next career opportunity.

Whilst each module is structured in its delivery, the solution is designed to flex to meet your needs - whether it's via face to face or video call.

We also offer to video record all of your coaching so you can review your coaching sessions online as many times as you like. This has proven to be very popular with our clients and a powerful way of recalling the process, reflecting on key areas, and re-capturing the essence of your coaching sessions in your own time.

Programme Outline:

Go to Market Strategy, Collateral and Approach:

  • Focus: Career Driver Mapping
  • Messaging: Value Proposition Building
  • Collateral and Evidencing: CV Development and LinkedIn Content Mapping.
  • Market Scoping and Research Based Applications: Targeted alignment of Career objectives and value proposition to opportunities.
  • Interview Skills: A one-on-one interview with a specialist coach - coaching throughout to ensure you benefit and build on continuous improvement.
  • Communications: Direct engagement, Cover Letters, e-mails and Protocols.
  • Go-To-Market, Job Search Strategy: 100 Day plan; Strategy, Tactics and Activities.

Preparation:

At least 24 hours in advance of your first meeting email to the coach you have  selected

1. Your CV

2. A bullet point summary of job search activity/actions to date towards finding a new role (recruiters, jobs applied for and results etc.)

3. A bullet point list of your priorities and objectives from your programme.

Session One (Positioning foundations)

(Coach Time: 1.0 hour, Group)

  • Calibrating your Personal and Professional direction.
  • Utilising MyCareerBrand foundation tools.
  • Benefits and Business Case Value Proposition Development.

Session Two: (Completion of CV)

(Coach Time: 1.0 hour, One-on-One)

  • CV completed.
  • Content for LinkedIn ready.
  • At the conclusion of Session Two you should be ready to address any pressing requirements to submit your baseline CV for general information.

Session Three: (LinkedIn)

(Coach Time: 1.0 hour, Group)

Your CV is designed to easily map to your LinkedIn profile. So not only will you save time - but you'll have consistency between both.

During this session you'll discover the benefits and importance of a properly configured and contented LinkedIn profile along with profile view attraction strategies which amplify your presence and brand awareness among your target audience. 

Session Four: (Go-To-Market - Working with Recruiters, Research and Value Proposition Application Matrixing)

(Coach Time: 1.0 hour, Group)

  • Focused market activity including high level online and traditional channels.
  • Information Gathering and Decision Tools.
  • Role and Capability Alignment.
  • Go-To-Market.

Session Five (Tailored Interview, Presence and Closing)

(Coach Time: 1.5 hours, Client Time 1.0 hours, One-on-One)

  • Interview Styles and Techniques: Face to Face, Panel, Video
  • Cementing Capability and Career Transformation: Presenting a compelling proposition. Why me.
  • Removing Barriers: Handling objections and challenges
